"The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time."

The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks, with stains and an unpleasant odor that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. "Fantastic location but very difficult to find as Hotels.com reported it as being in Shimla, rather than the reality of being 20km distant. Also not so impressed after difficult 16 hour journey from Delhi (holiday traffic and minor landslips following monsoon rain) to be told at midnight by reception that there was no booking. Strength of following 'discussion' eventually proved we did indeed have a booking. Rooms and hotel facilities very tired now when once must have been special. But still...
