This 95m2 apartment is situated on the second floor, with elevator. There are 3 bed rooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and 2 bedrooms with two individual beds each. There is another bathroom with a bath tub, for general use. In the spatious living- and dining room you will find a sofa bed (which offers sleeping places for two extra persons), a television and a dining table for 8. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The area of Playa de Gandía counts with everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a huge variety of leisure activities. The over 3km long beach with fine white sand counts with lots of restaurants and different watersports, which will make your holiday unforgettable.
