"The shower head was broken and leaking during the entire stay. We tried to contact the host on the first night, but we only received a package with the new shower head, but no one came by to fix it. Expedia gave me the phone number to Vrbo customer service line, but it didn’t work. We finally found the host phone number from Vrbo website. We got the response from the host, but he/she didn’t actually help us. "

"We were so glad to find this beautiful property on a busy booking weekend. Because there were no reviews, we were a bit hesitant to book but the host responded to our questions and we enjoyed a wonderful stay. During our 4 night stay, we had time to prepare some meals and found plates, glassware, and eating utensils adequate. Although the oven display didn’t work, we were able to heat some items and it held the requested temperature. We found the built in range griddle never got hot, but there...

The location in Kitsilano is ideal – close to shops, parks, and the beach, which made it easy to enjoy Vancouver. The host was very kind and responsive, and we appreciated having access to baby equipment and a washer and dryer – both made traveling with little ones much easier."
