"A great stay in Verona. I'm giving the poor check in score, not so much on the property but on Hotels.com. The address listed was WRONG. Just around the block, but it was raining hard when we arrived and had to stand in the street to work the confusion out with the property management (hotels.com was useless here). After the check-in everything when smoothly. Great location!"

"It was a lovely place however the wifi is very slow and kind of hard to connect to things you want to do or finish online. But we still have a lovely time . The room is spacious and the host are nice"

"There seem to be bed bugs and mosquitoes and we had allergic reactions next day"

"Nossa estadia foi excelente. O hotel tem uma localização ótima, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos e restaurantes da região, o que tornou tudo muito prático durante a viagem. A acomodação era ampla, confortável e muito bem equipada, inclusive com cozinha, permitindo preparar pequenas refeições com tranquilidade. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo durante toda a estadia. Além disso, a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e nos deu suporte em todos os momentos, sempre muito prestativos e...

"Estamos muito acostumados com Hotel mas como queriamos ficar junto com as crianças, apesar de não ter todo o serviço, encontramos esta acomodação e nos atendeu muito bem para dois adultos e duas crianças! O apartamento é super aconchegante e os quartos ótimos, com localização muito boa. "

"Got a self catering apartment located several minutes away from the hotel on the river, absolutely lovely, air con and cool inside during the heat the mid day. Only issue is the mould in the shower and mildew on the shower curtain, reasonable to be a bit put off by it though it wasn’t excessive. Staff etc V good, transport to and from hotel all excellent. Wouldn’t put me off staying there again"

"Fantastic location and excellent accommodation. The only thing that would have made it perfect is better air conditioning. Great spot!"

"Beautiful apartment in an excellent location, right in the city centre. Verona is beautiful and very much worth visiting. Will likely go again and securely stay at the same location"

"This was an amazing property for the price. It is in a very quiet area, pretty far from city centre but the room was fantastic. The only thing we were disappointed about was not being able to cook at the kitchen but other than that, perfect stay!!"

"I stayed in Verona from July 20th to the 22st, the flat was good and well located. However, not everything went well. First, I only received the address the night before I arrived – which would be ok, if the manager hadn’t emailed me the wrong address...When I got to the place and saw something was wrong, I called her by whatsapp, she didn’t answer and texted back complaining that it was too early in the morning. On our last day, the manager met us at the flat to receive the keys and complained...

"Great location. Lovely property!"
