Large apartment on two levels of about 80 square meters. composed of living room kitchen on the ground floor, two double / twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower on the first floor. The unit is fully furnished in classic Tuscan style with solid wood furniture and the ceilings are wooden beams. The equipment includes all kitchen utensils, complete sets of light blankets, quilts and pillows. The apartment has a private garden with outdoor table and chairs and private parking spaces within walking distance.

Large living room with entrance, equipped with a double sofa bed, in this area is placed the TV. Dining area with large and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The rooms are two with possibility of double bed or double single on request, equipped with wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror and chair.
BATHROOM
The bathroom, adjacent to each room, is equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. In the bathroom there are various towels and an extensible clothesline for laundry.
The property has a swimming pool available to guests of the apartments, poolside chairs and umbrellas are available.
The use of swimming pools is allowed from May to September, depending on the weather conditions of the season and is shared with other guests of the property.
