AGRITURISMO IL PINO is located in the heart of the green Tuscan hills, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees that reflect the originality and beauty of Tuscany. Located in the Chianti area, AGRITURISMO IL PINO is exactly at the center of a triangle of the Tuscan countryside formed by the cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa, which are 50 km away from us (Florence and Siena) and 60 km (Pisa) respectively . In the immediate vicinity there is the small town of Gambassi Terme (5 km) from where the famous Via Francigena passes. Also, in the surroundings you can also visit the villages of San Gimignano (20 km), Volterra (35 km), Certaldo (10 km), Montaione (12 km) Monteriggioni (35 km). If you want, in just over a car hour, you can also reach the beautiful sea of our Tyrrhenian coast.
In past the structure of the AGRITURISMO IL PINO was an old typical Tuscan style country house, which was then completely renovated and renewed, maintaining the original construction fees, and in the year 2004 the Holiday Apartments AGRITURISMO IL PINO was opened.
Formed by 3 holiday apartments with private pool, for exclusive use of holiday apartments guests, and outdoor private parking (1 parking space for each apartment).

APARTMENT “CIPRESSO”
This 65 sqm apartment in typical Tuscan style with exposed wooden beams can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, and consists of:
- Large kitchen-dining room
- Bathroom with shower
- One bedroom with king bed
- One large bedroom with 3 single beds
- Private garden space in front of the apartment, equipped with private barbecue, sun umbrella, outdoor dining table and chairs, where you can indulge in al fresco dining, relax with a good book or enjoy a nice glass of Tuscan wine.
- The windows of the kitchen and of a bedroom overlook the pool and the beautiful panorama of the Tuscan countryside

All apartments are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, with a kitchen equipped with complete tableware and cookware sets necessary for cooking and eating.
Every family that houses in our 3 apartments, will have its own private space preassigned in the pool area with deckchairs and sun umbrella.
We provide for free all the household linen, for the bathroom and for the rooms (weekly change). The sea towel is not included.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property of AGRITURISMO IL PINO.

At about 5/10 km away from the AGRITURISMO IL PINO you can easily find various supermarkets (Coop, Penny, Lidl, DPiù ', Eurospin).

Inside our reception you can buy our own production Wine, Olive Oil, typical Tuscan Vinsanto, and eggs of our farm. The reception is open 24 hours (without staff) and you can buy these products at any time of the day or night in self-service. At the reception we provide all our guests a washing machine for your laundry. Each washing has a cost of 3 €. The detergent can be found next to the washing machine. You can dry your laundry using your apartment's clothesline. A iron can be found at your disposal in the reception.

In the price of the apartments include electricity, water supply and bathroom linen supply (with weekly change), use of the swimming pool (for exclusive use of holiday apartments guests), free Wi-Fi and final cleaning of the 'flat.
The price for visitors’ tax of € 6 is not included in the price.
Moreover, eventual heating costs are not included. If heating is used, the cost will be calculated according to consumption and must be paid directly to Agriturismo Il Pino

COMING FROM THE “A1 MILANO – BOLOGNA – FIRENZE”:
1 - Exit at Firenze Scandicci and take the S.G.C. Superstrada FIRENZE-PISA-LIVORNO (FI-PI-LI) towards Pisa-Livorno
2 - Continue for about 30 km and exit at EMPOLI
3 - At the roundabout take the third exit and take the road of great communication Strada Regionale 429 di Val d'Elsa / SR429 and follow the signs for CASTELFIORENTINO - SIENA
4 - At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Strada Regionale 429 di Val d'Elsa / SR429 direction CASTELFIORENTINO
5 - At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on SR429 direction CASTELFIORENTINO - SIENA
6 - At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on SR429 direction CASTELFIORENTINO - SIENA
7 - At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on SR429 direction POGGIBONSI – CERTALDO – CASTELFIORENTINO SIENA
8 - At the roundabout take the 1st exit and take direction GAMBASSI (100 meters before the last roundabout you will pass under an iron bridge)
9 - After about 300 mt take the road to the left CATIGNANO and VARNA direction.
10 - After about 2 km cross the very small center of Varna and continue for about 500/600 mt. And after turn right direction CATIGNANO.
11 - Turn right again on the right and pass under a bridge
12 - Continue straight for about 500 meters and cross the very small center of Catignano until on your right you see a small church (closed for renovation).

13 - Take the road to the right immediately after the church and continue for about 500 meters following this road until on your right you see the AGRITURISMO IL PINO.
