The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, configured as 4 adults and 2 children, and features 3 bedrooms and 2 dedicated bathroom facilities across its floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable and elegantly furnished open living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, intended purely for decorative purposes, as well as a digital TV with flat screen. This space opens directly onto the patio. Adjacent to the living area is a small, open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine is also available, with capsules provided at an extra charge, along with a raclette grill and a fondue set for cheese. The kitchen features a practical hatch. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The ground floor benefits from underfloor heating throughout.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, equipped with air conditioning.
