Depois de reclamação foi ofertado troca de apartamento. Mas a situação permanência igual. Não há funcionários nem segurança a noite. Longe de ser um hotel tranquilo para trabalho. "

There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...
