This condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, oven, convection cooktop, full-size refrigerator, cookware, and dishware. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size sofa bed, a cozy bunk nook with memory foam mattresses, and a Tempur-Pedic double bed in the bedroom—ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of island adventures.

Guests of the Victorian Condominium Resort are required to check-in at the lobby and pay parking/facility fee for $40 plus tax per vehicle at the time of check-in.

Regarding COVID-19:
To add a layer of security, extra precautions are being taken to disinfect with a combination of Purell Surface Disinfectant (ethyl alcohol based-no rinsing), bleach, Clorox wipes, Lysol concentrate & Lysol spray. Special attention is being paid to areas of high contact, (light switches, remote controls, handles & doorknobs, faucets, etc).

Linens and towels are laundered using high heat to eliminate bacteria/germs and are cleaned with a specific set equipment set aside for only our condo to prevent cross-contamination.

Additional rules:
Strict NO smoking and NO Pet Policy. NO smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. This includes vape devices and/or cannabis. Guests will be charged a $500 minimum cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking is detected.
