Great view of the beach from the living area and 2nd bedroom; also from your 2nd floor balcony which is accessed from the living room or bedroom. Ideal for all ages. 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Dogs are welcome (limit of 2 and extra charge of $25 per dog for your entire stay. You must bring vaccine records to show to condo reception at check in.)

Condo charges - parking for entire stay. $25.00 + TAX ($27.06). Monthly parking fee is a little more.

The city trolley bus runs the Seawall, Pleasure Pier, downtown Strand area, and Moody Gardens.
If you are bringing your dog, the city of Galveston requires the condo staff verify the vaccines so please bring documentation of your dog's vaccines.

The condos charge $35.00 + tax for parking for your stay.

Please take out the trash & tidy up. Trash pick-up is provided. Trash pick-up times are 11 am and 3 pm. Just leave the bagged trash outside the front door. There are no housekeeping services or extra towels provided during your stay. Please do not leave beach towels hanging on outside rails. It is against condo association rules. There is a fold up wagon for your convenience. Please be sure to return it to the condo before you leave.
