Pointe West Top Floor Renovated Spacious Beachfront 3/3 Resort Condo

Top floor with unobstructed view of the gulf with a front row seat to see the sunrise. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is the perfect getaway! We have a new elevator. This renovated unit has been completely remodeled with new interior and exterior paint, light fixtures, flooring and appliances. The furniture is high end and comfort was a priority. The beach walkway is directly next to the condo. The largest floor plan in Pointe West has plenty of room for your family and friends. Access to all of the wonderful Pointe West amenities. Wristbands are required for access and cost $25 per person over the age of three and are good for your entire stay. From the lazy river, infinity pool, gym, game room, trails, fishing pond, pickleball court and basketball court you have plenty of options to choose from. The fitness room and game room are currently being remodeled.

Great beach condo

We had a great stay at Anna’s condo with our extended family! I really appreciated the quick replies to my questions. We all loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the amazing beach views. One night we saw fireflies! It was really nice to be able to borrow the beach gear. We liked the lazy river pool the best. Would definitely come back.

Super home with terrific view!

Our family, ages 15 - 80, had a great time on the big balcony, surfing and at the pools. The home is really comfortable and wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. We appreciated all the details from the host of what is provided and suggestions for what to bring and seamless check in and communication. Can’t wait to get back!

AMAZING!

This property was so great, I am already looking at our calendar to book our next stay! I am so picky when it comes to vacation rentals…. And this one was FABULOUS! The condo location, the resort as a whole, the decor, the bedroom configurations, the cleanliness, the beach accessories, EVERYTHING! It was all perfect. I could not recommend this spot higher. We cannot wait to go back!(Our group consisted of adults and children ages 4-14, perfect spot for families!)

Long Weekend Getaway

The family loved this condo. Very nice decor and furniture was so comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their sleeping arrangements and comfortable beds. Many times rentals do not have the best beds but owner has done a great job making sure you get a good night rest. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dishware. We liked being away from beach club and traffic and being so close to the beach walkover. Patio was very comfortable. The few times I had to contact the host I received communication immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great view !!!

We loved this condo. Nice comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of cookware. Great view and the balcony had very comfortable chairs to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset. The host was very communicative and reached out to us before, during and after our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

This property has it ALL! I will be singing praise for this place for a long time to come. Other than mosquito repellant they have everything you need in the condo. We were told to bring bug repellant. Had an amazing weekend!

Family Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect! Very spacious and clean. Bonus it was right next to the beach walkway. My mother loved sitting out on the deck looking at the ocean. Teenage son enjoyed the basketball court which was right down the street. The pool at the beach club was awesome. We enjoyed every day we were there and will definitely be back.

Truly Amazing!

The views from this condo are phenomenal! This complex is exceptional and the location of this condo is above many others. Right next to the walkway over the dunes, quick walk or drive to the pool and restaurant. Very well appointed and had everything we needed for a short trip and would have everything we want for longer as well. We look forward to coming back! You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place!

Great little vacation getaway

We rented this condo for a family reunion Memorial weekend and it was so perfect. Any communication I had with the manager was so easy. The home was updated and very clean and great price for being beach front. We will definitely keep this condo as our go to for our next family reunion.

Amazing Condo!

We had an amazing stay at Firefly Retreat. It was truly a home away from home with everything we needed! It was very spacious with a super nice balcony porch overlooking the ocean with very nice furniture and chairs for everyone! I loved the glider rockers and spent a lot of time just taken it all in with a very nice breeze! Annagrace is awesome!! From booking to leaving, she responded immediately with any questions we had. I have rented quite a few condos and this was by far the best owner I have ever worked with! Very well maintained property and super clean as well! We will be back!!!

Time to rest and recharge!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo at Pointe West. Annagrace was the most communicative host I've ever had using VRBO. Definitely a plus!! Beds are AMAZING! Towels were also top-notch, and the kitchen is very well stocked with equipment if you like to cook. We had plenty of space to do things together and separately. We enjoyed the theater seating on the occasional rainy day when we watched movies together. We loved the on-site restaurant- that was so handy! Food was excellent, and most of the entrees are priced well. It's a bit of a drive into Galveston, but the peace and quiet you have at Pointe West is worth staying a little farther off the beaten path. The only downside was the mosquitoes. This is something totally outside of the host's control, and they did provide some insect repellent. Be sure you bring a little extra. We've stayed at Pointe West before, and I don't remember it being this bad. Galveston's had a LOT of rain this spring and I'm sure that's a reason they are so prolific this year. You will enjoy working with this host and using this condo. It's very central to the beach walkover, which was super convenient.

Galveston Paradise!

There are not enough accolades with which to compliment Anna Grace’s condo! It was perfect in every way. The condo itself is very large and extremely clean. Each of the three bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The living area has plenty of space so that no one feels crowded. The front balcony is huge with an amazing front-on view and side view of the ocean. There is great quality outdoor furniture on this balcony, including two slide rocking chairs. This space easily can accommodate your party having an outdoor meal. The condo is fully stocked. Anna Grace has thought of everything one might need. Best of all, Anna Grace has provided high quality items that serve to make a stay away from home exceptionally comfortable. Specifically: the toilet paper is thick and soft, the towels are thick and plush, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are high quality, and there are plenty of big coffee cups. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked with good quality items. The Pointe West resort is lovely. We hung out at the heated pool area and enjoyed every minute. The resort’s grounds are extremely well maintained. Anna Grace is absolutely lovely! I have rented condos through VRBO in many parts of the world, and Anna Grace is by far the most kind and gracious host that I have encountered. My family can hardly wait to return!

Fun and Relaxing

Great ocean view! We stayed on the patio in view of the ocean most of the weekend! Easy access to the beach. Super nice condo! Felt like home! We were all very comfortable. Anna Grace is a great host. She is very accommodating and was quick to answer any questions we had!

Very Enjoyable!

I was very pleased with the set up in the Kitchen especially. Plenty of items I did bring but if I didn’t they were there. The rest of the home was nicely set up and prepped with necessities too. Made the stay very comfortable. Clean as well. I could tell the touches to some areas with details. I would be interested in seeing if this host has other properties for us for next year. We would be needing a little bit larger. Made our visit with our family very enjoyable and memorable. View and beach distance was wonderful!!

The NEW HIGH STANDARD

We have stayed in quite a few nice places on Galveston Island, but hands down, this is the new high standard by which I will rate all other places. Not only was the unit beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable, but the owners were very responsive to my emails, but they were proactive and emailed us to let us know what was happening in the community. The locker with beach chairs, toys, etc was so helpful and made life so much easier. There is a very nice outdoor shower and water hose so you can rinse off, put the beach chairs away in the locker and go to the unit. I will come back here. My entire family loved it.
