Beautiful 2/2 in Seascape beachfront condos! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This is one of a truly unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 private balconies. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable & wifi access. Linens and towels provided. Beautiful beachfront and pool views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom and 2 private balconies. Watch your family enjoy the resort-style pool and hot tubs while relaxing from one of the two private balconies. Ready to go to the beach? Grab the chairs and beach toys in the unit and don't forget the sunscreen! Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors of the complex.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking).

Communication and check in/checkout/instructions were all excellent. The unit was nice. The complex is starting to show its age a bit - one of the elevators was down during our stay. Overall a wonderful trip though!

Wonderful beach vacation

This is a wonderful property right on the beach with access to a great pool. The beach toys were perfect and plentiful for my children. We loved being able to be so close to the property when having our beach outings. We were able to grab anything we forgot easily. The kids were able to chase crabs at night and watch bunnies by the pool during the day. We were able to spread out in the large condo so the kids were each able to have their space.My only comment people may need to consider is the reliability of the elevator. It went out during our stay and didn't affect us, but did affect multiple families, including an elderly couple who needed help bringing their luggage up. It was repaired within a couple of hours, so the complex is on it.

We have stayed at Seascape previously & we enjoy the property, overall, and this particular condo was clean, perfectly located, and with a good layout. The plumbing in the bath tubs/showers tends to drain slow, but we've noticed that in other condos as well, so realize it's a 'property' issue more than pertaining to any individual units.

Quick family getaway

We had a great quick family getaway! The place was clean, easy to check in to, and perfect for our family. Loved that we were on the Gulf side and no street crossing, loved the private pool and beach access! Only down side was the elevator did go out the day we were leaving - things happen and we get it. Overall we plan to come back again!!!

Our experience at this property was fantastic from start to finish. The listing was accurate, and everything included met our expectations. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly security officer, we felt welcomed. Although I hadn’t received the check-in email, the property owner was incredibly kind and promptly provided the access information over the phone, then followed up with the full email. The unit was perfect for our family getaway, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

Best Vacation Stay Ever

The condo was amazing. The view was spectacular. We were no more than 10 minutes away from our activities. We were surprised by the little extras in the condo, ( spices, cleaning and laundry supplies etc.). If I get the chance I would stay in the same condo again.

Fantastic location!!

This is a great condo and the room was perfect! It had two balconies with a wonderful ocean view and close to the elevators. The proximity to the beach and pool access are absolutely perfect for my kids and dad. The property manager was very responsive and made the check in process easy. I highly recommend this place!!

A Hidden Gem!

This was my fifth time staying at Seascape, and I won't ever stay anywhere else while visiting the island. The impeccable landscaping and maintenance of the property make it enjoyable enough, but the proximity to the beach just seals the deal. Because it's not on the main drag, it feels like a little hidden oasis.

Great condo in perfect location

We have stayed at many condos in Seascape - here is what sets this one apart… There are two balconies, and the 2nd one (which is good size) has access both from the Primary bedroom and the living room. The bunk beds are full size and accommodate adults, as opposed to the typical kid-size bunks built into the wall. The unit is one of the closest to the beach, with incredible views. Our host displayed great communication and our visit really could not have gone better.

Seascape Is a Great Escape

Great views of beach and ocean, nice resort, slippery shower floors need non-slip grips, A/C went out but was fixed the next morning. Not a big fan of the furniture as it was not that comfortable. Overall, it was nice place.

Great Property

Property location is great, directly on a small private beach. Pool and common areas are kept pristine. The unit we stayed in was clean, but a bit shabby. Needs a renovation. We had a great experience, and will look for a different unit next time.

Seascape Galveston Isle

The location of the condo inside the property is excellent as it is one unit from the end, which gave us unobstructed Gulf / beach views from both the master bed room, and living room balconies which are both furnished. Security is very good which makes the parking, the property and beach access very secure. The property was quiet at all times which was nice. The property and the grounds are kept very clean including the pool / hot tub areas. The condo is nicely furnished. We had 3 adults and one child in our party in which we utilized both bedrooms and the bunk bed. The only 2 areas that need improvement is the mattresses on both beds need to be updated as they were not very comfortable, and both bedrooms need blackout shades installed as the security lights come thru the current blinds at night. Overall, our stay was enjoyable with two exceptions.
