Adjacent is a charming dining area with seating for four. Beyond, a fully equipped kitchen boasts an island with additional seating for two, leading to a convenient laundry area. Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms await, one with a king bed and the other with a queen, complemented by two full bathrooms with shower-tub combos.
