- After you have had your fun in the sun on the beach and return to 'The Knotty Sailor,' please remove your shoes and wash off all sand in the outdoor shower on the left side of the house (behind the gate). You can use the hand nozzle to wash off chairs, etc.

- NOTE: The property is not childproofed, making the property not suitable for young children
- YOUR SAFETY MATTERS! There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out and exterior security cameras, around the perimeter. They do not look into interior spaces but depend upon the Ring security system and WiFi and are in place for your safety and the security of the house both during and before/after your stay. Failure of either the security system or the WiFI due to renter tampering will result in a service charge no less than $100 per incident. Tampering includes unplugging, turning off, changing camera positions or any other action that changes or compromises the functionality of either system.
