Purchased 2023 and fully renovated Galveston Oceanview Oasis at The Victorian Resort. Enjoy Galveston Island in our beautiful corner 3 bedroom 1.5 bath Condo with a balcony overlooking Babe's Beach - #1 rated beach in Galveston! Wake up to stunning views of the sunrise over the water from the master bedroom and living room. Onsite there are 2 large pools (both heated), 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, work out room, laundry room, café, bbq area & easy access to beach right across the street. Beach wagon, umbrella and beach chairs are available for use and are in the closet! Pack-n-play available as well.

The Space:
This 3-bedroom condo is at the Victorian Resort, a gated community only accessible to verified guests staying onsite.
New A/C and Nest thermostat installed January 2023 to keep you cool during your stay. Due to popular request, blackout curtains added to both full size bedrooms in August 2023.
Smart TVs in living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 2
Queens bed in bedroom 1, queen bed in bedroom 2, twin size bunk bed in bedroom 3 (no door to this room, but we put up a privacy curtain), and queen mattress pullout couch in living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker (no oven).
Guest Wifi is complimentary. All TVs are smart TVs so come equipped with your streaming service (netflix, hbo, hulu, etc.) passwords. Living room tv has access to free cable tv.
Beach wagon, umbrella and beach chairs are available for use and are in the closet! Pack-n-play available as well.

The Victorian Condominiums charges $35 facility access fee at the time of registration. This $35 fee is per group in the reservation, it is not per person. The facilities access fee allows access for up to 14 days to all resort amenities in the complex to the guests and parking spaces for 2 vehicles. An additional $25 will be charged by the resort for both 3rd and 4th vehicles.
-There is not designated parking – park anywhere without a reserved sign
-Primary renter must be at least 21 years old
-The Victorian Resort does NOT allow pets in the property
-There is onsite parking available for trailer, campers & RVs
-This condo is smoke-free. However, smoking is allowed on balconies and outside the condominium.
-The condo is not wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms are not ADA compliant. There are no grab bars in the showers or near the toilet.
- There is a credit card operated laundry room located one floor down from this unit.
- Galveston Trolley service picks up in front, $1 for adults (cash only) and kids are free.
