● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive from the Terramar Beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar beach community pool— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the boat launch and marina with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

The master boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while another room features a queen-sized bed, perfect for couples. The third bedroom is ideal for families or additional guests, offering a full-sized bed and a space-saving full-over-full bunk.

All the bathrooms in Sandy Palms are conveniently located and boast a spa-like feel, ensuring a touch of luxury during your stay. After a day of building sandcastles or soaking up the sun, rinse off the beach sand in the refreshing outdoor shower located downstairs. Ample parking space ensures a hassle-free arrival, and the peaceful cul-de-sac location offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

House was very nice and very convenient to the beach and bay. We booked the house with the expectations of it having three full bathrooms. The VRBO listing description states three (3) bathrooms and one (1) half bathroom. The owner needs to make the necessary changes to the listing to avoid future guest having the same issues. We had (3) couples staying and needed the additional full bathroom . Also, the floors were not cleaned prior to our stay. There was black hair throughout the home and especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We are VRBO owners ourselves and would never let this happen at our properties. We also had small German roaches on the kitchen counters and inside cabinets. I feel these are housekeeping and improper property management issues . I want to be fair and say this is a nice property, but these very solvable issues need to be addressed.

We recently stayed at this beach house and, unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. From the first day, we noticed a significant roach infestation, with more than five roaches crawling around daily. Despite notifying the host immediately, no action was taken until two days before our departure, which was far too late. Throughout our stay, we had to wash dishes both before using and after to ensure they were clean and safe, as we were concerned about where the bugs had been. We even purchased our own bug spray and used it daily, but the problem persisted. Additionally, the home was not cleaned very well; we found wads of hair in the guest bedroom closet and in the master bedroom, which was quite unappealing. The unit also was not very well maintained. For example, the door would not open properly because it would get hung up on the floor, and one of the curtain rods was pulled out of the wall slightly. We also noticed that one of the pictures had been knocked off the wall in the hallway and was hastily hung back up, hanging unevenly from the rest. To make matters worse, the host did not offer any compensation or even a sincere apology for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. Overall, this was not the relaxing beach getaway we had hoped for, and the lack of prompt response, proper cleaning, and maintenance was very disappointing.

We went for a small girls trip with our daughters & had the best time. The house was perfect for our girls with all things beachy and pink! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Getaway

I stayed at the Miramar house for a weekend getaway with my family and friends. The home was updated clean and it felt very homey. Communicating wih the owner easy was and the response time was always timely. Please note that the listing reads 3/3 (which is what I was specifically looking for), however the home is actually a 3/2.5. On a personal note. I would recommend getting new towels.

Perfect for our group

The house was very clean and in excellent condition. The location with water in both directions was great! Property was listed as 3+ bathrooms, but it was really 2 1/2 with the 3rd shower being the outdoor one.
