Enjoy the pool which is directly in view of your front door, and the ocean view from your balcony. No traffic noise on either side! BBQ pits are available down stair for your grillling enjoyment.

Your condo is located on the Seawall, so just walk across the street and your enjoyment continues on the beach. Other quick locations within walking distance are McDonalds, Popeyes, and Golden Coral. Walmart, Randalls, and Specs are just right around the corner. You must take a short ride to the Strand and enjoy the town with live music, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping choices. Some local favorites include: Fishermans Wharf Restaurant, Shrimp & Stuff, and Coastal Grill, Marios Pizza are just a few favorites. Plenty more depending on appetite and type of food you are looking for.

Guest access:

Once you arrive to Casa Del Mar Condos, you will go to the front office to purchase a parking pass (cost is $25.00 for up to two vehicles) to park on site good for up to 30 days. The front door has a keypad and we will provide you with your access code 24 hours prior to check in.

Sleeping arrangements:

-Queen bedroom ( linens provided - simply leave sheets and towels in tub when you checkout)
-Pull out full sized sofa bed
-Two twin bunk beds (please note these are intended for kids or small adults- they are not full sized twin bunk beds)

**Parking: Parking on site requires registration at front office cost is $25.00 per vehicle for a max of 2 vehicles good for up to 30 days. Registration must be done upon arrival**
