Come and enjoy all Galveston has to offer in our 8th floor luxury 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo which sleeps up to 6 at Emerald By the Sea across from Stewart Beach. We have sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo is minutes from all Galveston has to offer including the Galveston Island Ferry. Beautiful covered balcony facing the Gulf is the perfect place to unwind with a coffee in the morning. To discuss rental rates or condo amenities, please contact Owner.

* King Bed, Queen Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa*
* Cable TV (3 TVs)
* Wireless Internet
* Washer/Dryer
* Kitchen equipped with cooking and serving tools
* No pets and non-smoking

The Emerald Amenities include:
* Secured access to building
* Free Parking Garage
* 24 Hour Concierge Service
* Beautiful swimming pool area overlooking the Gulf including a large hot tub and 3 grilling areas
* Media Room
* Game room including pool, foosball, and poker table

Rates will reflect a 25% discount (from Nightly rates) when booking 7+ nights and a 50% discount when booking 28+ nights. No tax will be collected for 30 Night rentals.

Note: All people visiting the condo (whether staying for the entire reservation or a shortened time) must be included in the reservation count (maximum of 6 people) prior to check-in. If you have questions about this policy, please contact the owner when making the reservation.

* The sleeper sofa is located in the living room and there are no blinds. Please consider this issue particularly if adults plan to sleep in this room.

Fitness room is open to guests Friday-Sunday.
Pool hours are 10 am to 10 pm daily

The best part of our stay was the overall building. The amenities of the game room, pool, hot tub and even gym are great! All the owner needs to do is put a safety lock on the door, put up curtains in the living room and everything else is great!

Check in and staff was great. It was a short two night stay and would stay at the Emerald again. Amenities and Parking were also terrific. Wanted a rental with a pool for our visit and the Emerald fit nicely.

We were in town for a softball tournament and the property was perfect for our needs. A nice condo with great amenities in a wonderful location. A short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. It is a short drive to the numerous Galveston attractions. The owners provided wonderful communication and would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Galveston

Emerald at the Sea is a great location in Galveston, close to the Strand, restaurants and the beach. Check in was easy, parking was even easier, and the condo was well appointed. My husband has limited mobility, and the pool mobility chair was easy to use so he could enjoy time in the water. We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend.

Weekend getaway

Location was very clean and perfectly located in Galveston. Property management was very communicative and even extended the checkout time without asking. I’d definitely recommend a stay here if looking for quite place with great views.

Annual Galveston Week

We had a great time. Beautiful condo with everything we needed. The pools, game room and grills are well kept and not overcrowded. The beach and downtown are nearby. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

The unit was very nice, but the area was a little run down. I did not enjoy Galveston beach as much as I usually enjoy beaches. Not the property's fault! We enjoyed the pool though. A little too strict and time constraining with owners and renters.

Thanksgiving trip

Spent Thanksgiving week in this condo. Check in and all permitting process was seamless. Condo and entire building is beautiful. Wonderful view of the gulf and very relaxing balcony. Definitely will visit again.

Just nit-picking so please don’t let this stop you from booking this location! The location is perfect. Close to the beach (we even walked from the beach back to the condo easily), short drive to Pleasure Pier and the amazing restaurants. The condo building is very well kept and the pool is AMAZING! Only issue we had with the condo was the dryer didn’t work well at all. Took HOURS to dry our laundry. It likely needs a new heating coil which we hope they fix for other renters. The condo could use some touch up paint/minor repairs but overall clean and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Dance national getaway

We were in town for dance nationals. People were extremely nice and downtown Galveston was wonderful. Our vrbo was also wonderful and so were the owners! Thanks so much!

Great spot - almost perfect

Loved the building and the people that manage it. Great location. Unit was almost perfect. Condo was decorated nicely except for second bedroom. It seemed like it was thrown together as an afterthought. Decor and furniture in that room was lacking and uncoordinated. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Oven was clean. Fridge had ice and water. Condo could use some paint as the walls were very marked up in lots of places. Second bath is lacking counter space so hard to store toiletries. Location is across the street from Stewart Beach so you can walk to Stewart Beach or you can drive about a mile to a beach access. Not far from the strand and restaurants. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching all the action. Overall nice place to stay.

Nice place, but too many little things.

1. The day we had to leave because there was no water we got back to the room and the ac wasn’t working got up to 78. Finally after calling the front desk 2 times they had someone come and flip the breaker box on and off to get it working again. This was like a wasted day for us cause we had to leave the room. 2. It was not in the ad and I didn’t find out until I arrive that we couldn’t get in the pool until 10am.. one of the reasons I booked was for the pool cause I have 2 small children that wake up at 7am and we were planning on going to the pool in the mornings but that got messed up because if the resident only policy before 10am..this was very inconvenient. 3. The tv/cable box wasn’t working properly the picture was small and in the middle of the tv instead of filling the screen. We didn’t try it fix it just went and box a streaming box and tv to use while we were here. This was another inconvenience. 4. The movie theater speaker system wasn’t working so I had to use a Bluetooth speaker to watch a movie in there. The front desk put in a work order to get it fixed. Another reason we booked and didn’t live up to the expectation. 5. I know this a residence but with all the rules and regulations it made us feel like second class citizens during our stay. I want to leave a 5 star review but with all these things coming up I don’t see how I can now. I’m sorry but we spent a lot of money an expected it to be worth it.

Fabulous location and beautiful property

We enjoyed our week stay in Galveston. Lots of activities to do and beautiful beaches to enjoy. The property was perfect, we made use of the pool daily. The owners were wonderful providing us with detailed information on check-in/check-out procedures and everything we would need to make the most of our stay. Highly recommend.

Family Spring Break 23

Spacious and comfortable, loved the amenities. The elevator accessibility was easy and having a heated pool made it nice on those cooler spring days, not to mention the ginormous hot tub. They have it decorated really cute and it is close to a bunch of things to do! The shower was also a nice size for a guy who is 6'5". Give it a shot, you wont be sorry!

Great family vacation!

The was our first trip to Galveston and we will definitely return! The condo was very clean and just as pictured on the listing. It was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We really enjoyed the grill area. The pool and hot tub were both amazing. The pool is heated and was great for cool evenings. I think we may have been considered off season since it's October but we loved the location. It wasn't busy and we were still able to enjoy the beach and the pleasure pier. The residents in the building were very friendly. The secure building made us feel safe. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Daniel and Lori for being great hosts!

Mom's getaway!

Our stay was great! We had all the amenities that we could ask for. The view of the Gulf was amazing each morning while drinking coffee on the patio. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a day of sight seeing. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the hosts! Check in process was easy and parking was great. I would definitely recommend staying here for your beach vacation!
