Beautiful Condo that has been fully remodeled in 2018. Unit has pool view and beach view. Steps away from the Babes Beach. Conveniently located near Moody Gardens, Water Park, Convention Center, Pleasure Pier and more. The Property features two pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, laundry centers. The complex’s is within walking distance from many great restaurants, shopping centers and more.

Special Note: This condo undergoes deep cleaning after every guest and gets thoroughly sanitized.

No Pets, Non Smoking Unit.

$30 Parking Fee is charged when a guest checks in. This is not charged by the property owner, but rather by the association. This can not be waived, as owner has no control over this whatsoever

Not accurately depicted per advertisement. Very small condo, middle hallway (old, dated, dirty) was not mentoned, doors to condos have locking gates (old, rusted) and you are required to keep up with the keys, bedroom is very small and awkward, no washer/dryer in condo (laundry room is in another building), walls and floors are thin (everyone can hear you and vice versa), pool area not clean, needs updating. We've had worse condo experiences, but we've also had much better as well.

We had a great stay at Sona's place! Communication was excellent throughout – clear, quick, and helpful. The condo was well kept, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Property

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This condo was amazing. The kitchen (no island) gave us more room to walk around and have space. Love the big fridge and freezer, walk in shower was great. The owner was always available for questions.. Very clean.. location over looked the pool which was nice. Easy walk to the beach... We had the best time and would definitely recommend this condo!! Great little place

House was clean, and although small it had everything for a family of 6! The owner was very friendly and communicated throughout the trip whenever needed. Small things I would have forgotten was already in the condo. 10/10 would recommend 👌 If ever in Galveston again we would come back.

Perfect location!

This location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach. We were able to go to the beach for an hour or two and then come back to the condo for lunch and not feel like we had lost half of a day. Walmart was also across the street on a side street. The Victorian, where the condo is located felt very secure with all gates having to be accessed with a code. The pools were a nice way to relax after spending time at the beach. The unit itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had towels, wash cloths, a few rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. I was able to make dinner a couple of nights for us. It was also very clean. My family, 4 yr old, 12, and 14, all really enjoyed our stay here! I would definitely rent this condo again!

Great stay

So this place is an excellent location for going to the beach in Galveston….. the beach was spectacular. The pools were nice…… the elevators are a little sketchy, but I truly believe that it is because they have been underwater at different times…… I did buy a broom in a dust pan ….. I kind of feel if that is necessary in a beach property…. other than that it was truly excellent and the owner was very receptive and communicated very well.

Highly recommend

Stayed for business trip a little tricky getting out of parking lot with a lot of spring break traffic but condo was amazing! Super clean and updated. Right across street from beach. Owner was amazing with communication and very detailed with check in/out procedure highly recommend!

So relaxing and convenient

The location was great …on sea wall and next to shopping (Walmart) for any needs …very clean and cozy … the check in process was easy and front fest was very professional… getting in the condo was very easy … owner has great communication and very nice … will stay here again and recommend it to everyone

Terrific property, host and location; could have been cleaner

Super close to the beach, just right across the street, made for convenient beach runs. Also very close to Walmart and lots of food options. The towels smelled a little funky, but that's really my only complaint!

Location was good. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to go to store because we were only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 night stay. Amount of towels left to use for showers was not adequate for 5 nights. 4 people left 6 towels, 2 hand towels and 5 wash clothes. We brought our own towels for the beach. Laundry area at condo not convenient to use especially because not enough bath towels left for us to use for our stay. Only 1 elevator worked and was extremely hot ride in

Family vacation

Sona was the absolute best host. It was our first time to Galveston. We stayed 6 days over the 4th of July weekend. My mother in law is in oxygen and she made sure the condo was extra clean and the air quality was great for her. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Our 2nd visit to this property, and just as fantastic as the first. Lovely decor, comfortable furnishings, wonderful amenities… everything you need to settle in for some summer fun and R&R. Sona is a superb hostess, checking in to ensure all is well and at the ready for any question or concerns… of which we had none because everything was communicated thoroughly and the condo was perfectly ready for our arrival. The property amenities were great, and you can’t beat the easy access to the beach, literally just across the street. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. Very clean & sand free. The only real challenge was 1 towel hook for 4 people on a beach vacation. Also lack of night stands for some devices I depend on being next to me. Nice quiet community while we were there.

Awesome weekend!

Property was super clean, with everything we needed! I also received a little present from de owner, cause we were there for my b-day.. I stayed with my 3 small daughters and they had a blast!, super near from the beach, restaurants, etc. This was our first time in Galveston and it was awesome, the only issue was with the building, the elevator stop functioning since day 2, so when we had to leave it was hard for me to carry all the stuff to our car! , but the pools were very clean... we will come back for sure!
