This property is located in a community with strict HOA regulations, and all guests must follow the rules below to avoid penalties:

    •    All guests 18 years or older are required to submit a photo of their government-issued ID before check-in.

    •    Guests must also complete a registration form, which includes listing the full names of everyone in the group at the time of booking.

    •    The maximum occupancy is 4 people—no exceptions.

Failure to follow any of the above rules before check-in or exceeding occupancy will result in a fine.
