Mono Proce N°1 - Salento Reservation is a fantastic newly renovated studio apartment located in Gallipoli known as the 'Pearl of the Ionio', one of the major attractions both from a cultural point of view and of the Salento nightlife with fantastic landscapes and characterized by the most beautiful beaches in the whole of Salento.
The studio apartment located on the second floor, equipped with an elevator, consists of a large fully air-conditioned living area equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and a fantastic kitchen with induction cooktop complete with every comfort for preparing meals. A full bathroom with shower cubicle. The studio overlooks the sea as the structure is very few steps from the Gallipoli coast where bathing is widely practiced.
Among the many amenities available to guests are air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine.

The most beautiful city in the Ionian Sea overlooks a coastline that is sometimes sandy and sometimes rocky. The seabed slopes gently and the water on the beaches is so transparent and crystalline as to make them seem like an authentic paradise worthy only of tropical seas.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
