"Hotel is beautiful and very well located. Frustrating that they dont have any extra bed available, we would have paid for it. Any hotel should have an extra bed available. The restaurant of the hotel is good and the area doesnt have many options, however, for dinner all they had was a set menu with very restricted options. They offered us sandwiches, but only for room service, so we were required to leave the restaurant and eat in our room (still eating the food from the hotel, very very rude)....

"The perfect stay to end our trip. Staff were wonderful and we loved the Social Hour at the end of the day. Rooms were large and beautiful and the pool was gorgeous. Highlight really was the staff though. Made the visit special."

"Potential for this property is great though it is not ideally located. Huge breakfasts that ranged from buffet to special order based on occupancy.
Upkeep and maintenance is not up to western standards for a boutique hotel. No bar, no washcloths etc.
An excellent and accommodating staff needs support from the management company Asia Leisure in terms of equipment and supplies."

"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this property; the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
From the exiting hustle of the fort, the quiet and calmness of the property is just what is needed.

"The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested.
However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day."
