"Room was not tidy for 3 people. There was a sofa bed that we opened up and put a sheet on, and thankfully we had a blanket in the car... we had to ask for a towel too. Very good breakfast, good shower, very nice pool. Attentive staff. Proper cleaning."

"First time stay here. Was excellent from start to finish, fantastic location, studio was spotless, with some little touches left by the cleaning staff, very friendly receptionist, easy check in. Would highly recommend this to anyone. "

"Overall excellent hotel, little dissapointed that the family rooms are 2 double beds so kids have to sleep together which is a bit of a recipe for arguments and the beds are VERY firm, which is not for me but maybe great for some people. Room was clean although not much storage. Nice bathroom and toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Overall really enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with good decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower and enough room around the basin for your wash bags. Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. My partner sampled the local beer and was pleased he did. Although a full breakfast was on offer we just had a yoghurt & some toast. The toast...

"Great stay room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was massive and really comfortable and the bath was awesome really big with room for two. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Loved it and would recommend. "

"Upon arrival at reception, the entire area had a very strong cigarette smell, apparently from other guests smoking in prohibited areas. Unfortunately, this smell persisted throughout our entire stay when going through the reception area. Check-in was very slow, with only one staff member on duty at 3pm — one of the busiest times of the day. We had booked an executive room, but it looked quite tired and in need of refurbishment.
