The house is located at treetop level on a private hill with three levels, each with a bedroom, living area and a full bathroom. The main floor has a beautiful modern kitchen/dining area, with fully screened porch allowing enjoyment of the outdoors without the bother of insects.
Amenities include: cable tv and internet.
There’s an added layer of safety with the exterior security camera too.

Holodays require a 3-night minimum stay unless written approval given from hostess.
Holiday booking at end of year cannot be 12/26-12-31 unless permission received from hostess. Must include at least 12-25 and/or 12/31.

Unless communicated via VRBO messenger with hostess prior to arrival, no early check-in or out is available AND a fine of $150/hour up to 4 hours will be assessed or a full night rate after 4 hours of you do not receive permission. Communication is key, and many times I can offer early or late accommodations if you ask.
