Important Notes:
• Arbor View does accept up to 2 dogs (hypoallergenic only) with a $150 dog fee. Guest must disclose the breed and size of dog at time of booking. Dogs are only allowed on the main level of the home and the gate must be placed at the top of the stairs to prevent dogs from going to lower level. All pet waste must be picked up in the yard and properly disposed of; pet waste found in the yard is subject to an additional $100 fee. Cats and other animals are strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for any damage & associated costs to remedy caused by their pet during the stay.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind, as we do not offer COVID or weather-related cancellations.
• All COVID-19 restrictions at the Owner's Club have been lifted, though some amenities may still require reservations.
