Gáldar is a small town of 20,000,000 inhabitants, it was the first capital of Gran Canaria, because the ancient Canaries reigned in this area, today you can visit one of the most important archaeological museums in the Canary Islands, in which you can discover how the canaries lived before the Spanish conquest, with projections of 3D films, and the old town of more than 100 houses and the cave painting that gives its name “La Cueva Pintada”.
