"We stayed at the Garden Cottage and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gardens. Also we took full advantage of the many walking trails in the local area. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfy. We would love to come back again!"

"Burts is family run. Nick and staff make sure that everything is perfection.
The food is exemplary and the quality of the linen for the bedrooms is first class. My room was on the second floor and was spacious. My only small gripe would be to replace the shower enclosure curtain with a glass screen.
Otherwise, highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"L'arrivée et le départ s'était très bien passé. La chambre qu'on avait pour 3 personnes était confortable et bien aérée. Les lits étaient douillets. Ma fille a bien apprécié la piscine et la trouvait grande et parfaite. Tout était propre et accueillant. On avait aussi une belle vue sur le golf."

"The location was great, facing towards the city centre while the river is out the back. Breakfasts were delicious with various selections as were the dinners. We went to their cozy bar every evening before dinner. Mostly, I enjoyed the old world atmosphere, especially the lovely sitting room. The staff was very professional yet very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and sizable. Loved the place!"
