"Large, modern and well equipped room with beautiful views over the city and a small balcony. The restaurant and bar area is very pleasant, on the rooftop with great views. Food is a little hit and miss. Just worth noting that prices on the menu don’t include taxes. When these are included, this, together with service, adds a third to the bill. This is really misleading and could be easily fixed. Excellent value overall though. "

"Only spent one night, family of four. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely staff, served tea and asked about our dinner preferences. The place is marvelous - a tranquil oasis - the weather wasn't great, but it must be even more magical when the sun is out. We relaxed in the pool and enjoyed some wine in the courtyard, which is absolutely beautiful. Dinner was amazing, and the staff very attentive to our needs and questions. "The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores. There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have Wi-Fi firstly but after I asked for help, they set up connection for me :) The buidling and infrastructure is a bit old. The view from the terrace was superb. Though the site is far from the city central, you can find some nice restraurants and bakeries within 10 min walk."
