VILLA CHIANTIVERTINE

This historical ‘casa colonica’ with a fabulous 360° view has been recently restored and transformed in a luxury villa for vacation. With its 5 ensuite bedrooms and all facilities included like air cond., Wi-Fi, full furnished big kitchen, a swimming pool that can be heated on request, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the very heart of Tuscany. If it is the first time you are coming in this area, get ready to reach a place full of charme that will enter your mind and body forever. Tuscany, Chianti Classico, and Vertine area are lands so rich in culture, traditions, that you can touch this sensation everywhere.
Surrounded by 2,7 hectares of private grounds,  the pool area with large heated pool (12 x 6 meters) is open mid april to mid October and  fenced from other areas of the garden.
Internally the villa is on two floors, you enter it after passing through the porch covered by an enchanting pergola where you can spend magical moments, dining there al fresco.  You will immediately find on your right a large living/dining area with an open fully equipped modern kitchen and bar  . On this floor there are also a bathroom with shower, an office room, a laundry room and a private wine cellar (at extra cost)
Through the stair you reach the first floors where are located the 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (3 with shower, 2 with tub). Four of these double bedrooms can be converted in twin beds. Each bedroom/bathroom has a view on the olive groves, the garden and the surroundings. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden and the swimming pool area.  The upper floor finally houses a magnificent large salon with its Tuscan fireplace and monumental wooden roof construction It offers a wonderful panorama over the Chianti hills.
Finally, there is the annex building of the former pig stables. This currently contains a multi-purpose space and a square covered yet open space with fantastic views and a large fireplace for grilling.
The villa is rented including the change of linen and midweekly cleaning.
