Sestuccia is a beautifully renovated stone house set in the rolling hills of the Chianti Classico region. This modern villa with character is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. The entire property is environmentally friendly, with electricity and hot water supplied exclusively through solar energy.



The setting is particularly appealing. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, the villa is just a three-minute drive from the charming village of Gaiole in Chianti, where you will find restaurants, small shops and a supermarket for everyday needs. Many of the nearby wineries offer guided visits and tastings, giving guests the chance to discover the renowned Chianti wines directly at the source. The castles and towns of the region, including Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo, can all be easily reached on day trips.

Sestuccia is part of a large estate that includes another holiday home as well as the owner’s residence. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh eggs from the owner’s chickens and organic vegetables from the garden.
