Rustic cabin with a hot tub and private dock in a deep water cove. Plenty of water and excellent fishing off the double decker dock with swim platform. Ideally located in the center of Lake Lanier, close to where the Chattahoochee River meets the Chestatee River. The Duckett Mill Campgrounds and a public boat ramp are only minutes away. There's easy access to both Port Royal Marina with Pelican Pete's restaurant and Gainesville Marina with Scoggies restaurant.

This is a clean, rustic 2 story cabin with a spiral staircase separating the two levels. Ideal for a couple or a small family looking for a private getaway. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is downstairs in an open common area, outside the master bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a full size Murphy Bed that pulls out of the wall. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people.

Enjoy lake time and cookouts on the expansive deck that overlooks the lake with amazing views. You can see the lake from just about every room as the house sits on a small point in a secluded cove.

There is a canoe and pedal boat provided for your convenience. I only ask that you operate it in a safe manor, follow all boating laws and wear the provided life jackets.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but there is a $110 non refundable pet fee for additional cleaning. You will also be held 100% responsible for any damage your pet causes. It is recommended not to allow dirty and wet dogs inside until clean and dry. Due to our temperate climate, all dogs are required to be on a flea and tick program. Limit 2 dogs. CATS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
