"We never received an email from the host, so when we arrived, we couldn’t get in the property. After about 30 minutes, I was able to get through to the host by phone and she said she didn’t know we were coming. She said VRBO never tells her when there’s a booking. Then she said there was a realtor coming to show the property, but not to worry they’d be quick, in and out, no problem.
