"We had a wonderful time during our stay! The Octagon was clean and spacious! This was the perfect home to relax and unwind! We enjoyed the game room. We had great star viewing each night on the deck. The large fire pit was perfect for s’mores! We enjoyed exploring the land; checking out the creek, trails, and pond area. Joe was very responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay. Just a couple notes and why we didn’t give 5 stars- the rooms were a little less private due to gaps...

"Great location in a charming town. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Great location for a visit to Pine Creek Gorge, which was beautiful. Also, easy drive to Cherry Spring State Park for spectacular stargazing. The apartment was super cute, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. "

"Really cool old house with a great property. We had everything we needed. To those who complained about it not being clean or whatever: it's a 100 year old house, not The W Hotel. Old houses have old floors, fixtures, etc. that might show some wear. Most call this 'character'. We dug it, and if you approach it from the right perspective, you will to :)"

"I would like to give this property as many stars as we was able to see …. A MILLION STARS!!!! Everything was perfect. You can tell our host has pride in his property and wants his guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Perfect location for stargazing! Loved the Lumber museum right across the street and my adult kids were able to rent an ATV just steps away from the cabin! A million stars!!!!"
