The house was built in the late 19th century - 1885 in a typical Bulgarian Renaissance style - stone and wood. Keeping the spirit of the time, it offers a combination of cosiness and modern luxury. We bring you back to an old world where traditions speak for themselves, where the beauty of nature, the breath of mountains, home comfort and peace are together.


The house has 4 bedrooms each of the which comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There are 3 bathrooms , a kitchen, a Bulgarian Style tavern/ dining area /, a BBQ area, a 6m round swimming pool.

Two of the bedrooms have large double beds with an extra folding bed for children under 10.

The third bedroom has a comfortable round bed , a double sofa bed and a large antique fireplace whose warmth and comfort can be enjoyed during winter evenings.

The fourth bedroom has two single beds , which can be brought together if necessary.

In the largest bathroom you can enjoy the modern hydro-massage bathtub and the light of aromatic candles. The presence of a hot jet shower will provide you extra pleasure.

The tavern is in antique style , with built- in wall plough, with a Bavarian large table and authentic active Jamal/fireplace/ , which creates additional comfort on cold days .Only the large LED TV reminds of modern times .


The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with everything for easy and pleasant stay. It has a modern glass-ceramic hobs with an oven and grill , a dishwasher machine, a coffee maker, a microwave , a toaster, a kettle and all necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals .

The house offers you a magnificent spacious garden with authentic stone paths and walls. Combined with a modern swimming pool , a table pool, children's playground, a trampoline, a football and volleyball ground, stone BBQ facilities, garden swings and lots of different areas to sit and relax.

We haven`t forgotten the kids providing them with a playground area for fun.

The BBQ facilities allow you to prepare delicious grill and the large table invites guests to have fun together.

The pool area features 7 comfortable sun lounges, 1 double bed sun lounge, 2 double Hammocks. Near the outdoor bar , you can enjoy the sound of a nearby old fountain .

In the evening the whole yard and all the paths are illuminated by numerous lanterns. Particular attention is given to the stone wall where cart wheels , a sledge and antiques are lit in green lights.
