The ECO Villa Gabala is a special holiday home, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty with excellent neighbourhood and the closer surroundings of the Gabala town. Villa located on 1.5 hectare (15000 m²) of private fully gated land which provides absolutely relaxing rural retreat. This Villa is an abundance of countryside activities from the door step with countless woodland walks, fruit trees, lake, river, waterfall, monuments and cycle paths to enjoy. All the trees are grown in expressly ecological way, without the use of pesticides and similar. The house has its own private natural artisan spring water system (this is cleanest water ever with a lots of health benefits) and electric generator, in this way, the whole property is independent of the electric and water supply. The house and garden have been created with character and attention to details.

The garden surrounds the property on all four sides. Property guests can use all outdoor facilities, including: whole garden, special large tinted playground area for kids, patio, outdoor kitchen and covered terrace, football field, teeter-totters, private lake, private artisan water, private waterfall, small river, BBQ facilities and over 400 fully grown fruit trees! The outdoor patio area and terrace are ideally placed to catch the sunshine all day from breakfast to dinner. The interior has been refurbished to high standard combining a modern kitchen and bathrooms with the contryside character of the Villa. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles (1 en-suite) and one twins. The Villa can accomodate 9 people and three bedrooms are offer two king size beds, two single beds, sofa bed and two futon beds. Two separate bathrooms with separate shower and WC. This Villa is fully equipped with everything you need the accommodation includes full gas central heating, towels, bedding, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV with satellite channels, books and games. A well equipped kitchen for those who love to cook and fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board and access to a washing machine.

This Villa sits on 1.5 hectare of private mature woodland garden where guests are welcome to meander through the colourful grounds and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the location. With the changing seasons the woodland creates an ever-changing environment to be enjoyed. The grass create a carpet of greenery in the spring and summer while the glorious colours of Autumn leaves are hard to beat. Guests will be delighted to spot that the grounds are often frequented by a wide variety of birds and squirrels including woodpecker, hedgehogs and hares. Located 15 min drive from Gabala city, this villa provides an ideal base for guests who are looking to explore nature and real beauty of Gabala.
