"While the room was tidy, it was unfortunately very hot and had a noticeable odour. The front desk staff member was helpful and arranged a room change, which offered some improvement, however the room was still quite warm and the security lock was missing. Although I had two nights booked, I checked out after around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund for the unused nights."

"Just fine. Location and Breakfast are the best parts. There was a big queue when I arrived so I did the self check-in but it didn't really work and ended up back down at the desk.
