KESHIKI KAWANA is a private villa in the seaside town of Futtsu, Chiba, created by renovating a traditional Japanese house over 60 years old.

Just about an hour from central Tokyo, the house overlooks the sea with views of Mt. Fuji in the distance. The garden changes with the seasons, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by nature.

The 78.68㎡ house accommodates up to 7 guests, combining traditional tatami rooms and an engawa veranda with modern comfort. On the outdoor deck, enjoy a Japanese-style charcoal BBQ with fresh local seafood while taking in the view.

The garden features a private sauna, cold bath, and outdoor relaxation area. After the sauna, step outside, feel the sea breeze, and simply slow down.

A meditation room, sketchbooks, and traditional games offer more ways to unplug from your phone and enjoy a quieter, more analog experience.
