Sem resposta sobre reembolso devido a cancelamento
Por motivo de força maior, tive que cancelar a segunda das minhas 2 semanas de hospedagem. Solicitei reembolso ou compensação com gastos. Após vários contatos (por escrito/telefone e pessoalmente), foi prometido pelo gerente um reembolso com multa de 1 dia, o que aceitei. Ele pediu para enviar novo e-mail, o que fiz. Estou há 10 dias sem resposta - e sem o reembolso.

Hotel Maravilhoso
Hotel maravilhoso, super limpo, eles limpam 2 vezes por dia o quarto. Equipe extremamente solicita e educada. Comida ótima. Ambiente maravilhoso. Foi uma estadia impecável.

Very good instalations
The hotel is beautiful and the instalations are very good. Food are very spicy. We bought na all inclusive package for my Family. When we had just arrived in the hotel, the hotel told us that the all inclusive bought in Brazil is a full board program, which did not include beverages, water for adults. For the kids, i had to pay apromatedly 16 dollars per day per child, because the hotel told me that the all inclusive that i contracted, did not include the kids. I have the SPG program, which is a program for Sheraton. I strongly recommend that people enter into this program, because it includes the wi fi free, and beverages paying about sixteen dollars per day. The all inclusive is confusing and difficult to understand,and i thought that i bought 32 dollars per day, which in my opinion had to be included, because i paid an all inclusive program in Brazil, but the hotel structure is very good and the employees are also very good. I recommend the hotel for families.

All went smooth and as planned, staff are really good and friendly and we’re taking good care of us, just the checkout procedures weren’t that good as the planning was weak in this part, however it was rectified but not in spot. Thank you for a nice stay we spent 😊

The food was very good with an equally good diversity of styles. The staff were ultra friendly and polite. The service was a bit laid back but after two days relaxing there we didn't notice it. The only disappointment (not the Resorts fault) was the very poor quality of the coral, even on the safari we went on. Resulting in below average snorkeling.

While the rain occasionally teased our plans, the symphony of hospitality orchestrated by the staff transformed every drop into a note of joy. Our voyage commenced with a seamless transition from the airport to the boat, a prelude to the exceptional service awaiting us. The welcoming committee at the property wore smiles brighter than the sun, setting the tone for a stay where happiness would be our constant companion. The rooms, a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort, became our haven. As we opened the door to the balcony, the magnificence of the ocean unfolded like a grand tapestry, a sight to behold. Great place to travel with kids. I wish I would have snorkeled. Could not find a proper time to go snorkeling because they only have certain times, and I was not aware you could private snorkeling so missed out on this opportunity. They also cancelled my tour of the dolphins without informing me and I was leaving the next day so was left without doing many water activities. The places is great and a wonderful place for kids but they need to do better with the organization of events. It also rained for the Christmas dinner and there was no plan b. They took us to the breakfast area and the live band left. We paid $255 per person. The next day there was a barbecue on another island and there were not enough umbrellas. Everyone was cooked.

Very nice place to relax. Near the airport. The best decision is to take villa on the first line of the ocean. Villa has pool and two bicycles included. Alcohol is 89 US dollars per bottle of vine, but we have to understand it - Maldives are Muslim country. And our manager Ayana was very helpful and solves all the questions, we had. Our room was nice, we had the overwater bungalow. It would have been nice if umbrellas were provided for the decks as the decks got quite hot during the day. All-inclusive did not mean all inclusive. We were prevented from having certain drinks that should have been included in our package. My mother is diabetic and was denied snacks between meals, we were told we would have to pay extra. They tried to kick us out of our room before check out time because of the “boat schedule.” With all the money this resort makes, they should be able to afford their own tender boats to transfer guests. Bicycles are only available to some guests.

Family Vacation
It was our first family trip since COVID and our son was also turning 2 years old. The staff and resort made it such a memorable day and trip for our family. It was the best 5 days in tropical paradise. Thank you to all for your service and hospitality!

Horrible scam management. Paid $1,200 a night (all inclusive). Booked first night and then decided I could not get a direct flight so booked second night ( two different reservations but booked exact same room.) Hotel forced that I check out of my room at noon and then recheck into my room at 3 pm leaving me to sit around for 3 hours. Mind you this is $1200 a night ALL INCLUSIVE! The scam goes on. Went to have an “ inclusive drink” pre-dinner ( at 6:30 pm) I was told that I could only get an inclusive drink at dinner. $380/night for ALL INCLUSIVE does not include a drink pre-dinner. Scam operation. Abusive management. STAY FAR AWAY.
