"This place is MASSIVE and perfectly suited our needs for a family reunion of 22 people. There was room to spread out so folks were not jammed-in together. The pool was fantastic and the BBQ pavilion made all the meals easy to cook, distribute and eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We had access to two humungous kitchens and there was ample parking for everyone.But, the best part was the cordiality, professionalism and attention that was provided by the Host and the Caretaker. "Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay!"

"Great location, we walked to three wineries.The villa was very clean, kitchen had three coffee makers, host provided many ammenities. I talked to the host before making the reservation, he called when we checked in, and the next day after we checked out. Always available and ready to be helpful and answere questions. The back yard was like a resort.Our group would love to stay at the villa next year."

All the kids were able to sleep and hang out in the room with the two bunk beds and sofa bed. All the parents were able to have their own bedrooms. "We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and excellent response from the property owner. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. If we’re ever in Oceanside again we will definitely book here!!Side note very close to everything Beach, Zoo, Legoland and, if you have friends or family on Camp Pendleton it’s a short 15 minute drive to base gate. "

"I’m already familiar with the area, so it wasn’t an issue for me to find. If you prefer more amenities or being closer to stores/malls this might not be for you. I think it’d even be cute for a small family if they wanted a lil weekend trip. Beware if you have a lowered vehicle because it’s definitely more of a truck/suv area. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great I’d just be worried for any tall guests. I was in and out of there for the most part, but all in all I was super pleased...

"It was a beautiful property with more than enough space! So peaceful. We had an absolute wonderful time. Plenty of fun; pool table, ping pong table, foos ball. Spent plenty of time in the pool & hot tub!!!"

"We stayed here for a week with our kids and loved it. The place sits on about five acres, so the kids ran and played while we relaxed. Every morning we drank coffee by the warm pool and watched the valley wake up. The rest of the day was full of cannonballs and float time. Friendly chickens and cute bunnies wandered around and made the property feel like a storybook.Inside, the house is bright and colorful. The sofas are soft, and the beds are very comfy. "A beautiful spacious estate perfect for our family gathering! The open floor plan is great - everyone could gather in groups in separate spaces (living room, pool table area, kitchen) while still feeling together. The 2-bedroom apartment was great for those wanting more privacy. There was plenty of space to eat both inside and outside and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property!"
