Lido II, Holidays in the tourist area

Your holidays are already booked and Madeira was your choice to recharge your energy, with rest and good mood. Here you have the perfect choice for a calm and restful holiday, in a great location and with a nice decoration.

This friendly and modern apartment is in the center of the tourist area of Funchal, where there are several hotels, restaurants, shops, bathing/pool complexes and a fantastic promenade where you can end the day with a relaxing stroll.
The apartment has a simple and neat decoration, thinking in your comfort and well-being! With one bedroom, with double bed, living room with a bed sofa and a bathroom; the house can accommodate a maximum of four people.
Next to the living room has a balcony where you can dinner or continue reading the book you have chosen for these holidays.
The property has all the amenities and a parking place (depending on availability).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
After a day touring the island, there is nothing better than return home for a rest. But not without first savoring the delicacies of Madeira, available in the various restaurants near the building.
The renovated Lido beach, restored in May 2016, is only in a ten minutes walk from the apartment. If you want to explore the another bathing complex, you can enjoy the Ponta Gorda (ten minutes walk). Both offer swimming pools, access to the sea and restaurant. Praia Formosa, typical for pebbles and black sand, is about 5 minutes by car.
In the surrounding area there is a supermarket of medium size and other services.

GETTING AROUND
A aerobus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within two minutes walk distance from the flat. Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

We are always at your disposal to help or to answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
