This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 7th floor and has a lift access.

The space is filled with vibrant, coastal-inspired décor, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the colours and energy of the sea. The cozy sitting area is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a movie after a day of exploring the city, while the charming dining table offers a lovely spot to share meals and make memories.

The kitchen is designed for both cooking and socializing, fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and a dishwasher for added convenience. A washing machine is also available for your ease.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage, ensuring a restful stay. The bathroom offers all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a refreshing experience.

Step out onto the balcony to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. Guests can also relax in the building's shared swimming pool.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Funchal, the capital of Madeira, is a stunning city known for its scenic beauty and mild climate year-round. Nestled between lush mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, it offers a unique blend of natural landscapes, including vibrant botanical gardens and dramatic coastal views. Visitors can explore the historic Old Town, stroll along the charming marina, or take a scenic cable car ride to Monte for panoramic views and visits to beautiful gardens.

Beyond its landscapes, Funchal is rich in culture and culinary delights. The city is famous for its local cuisine, including fresh seafood, traditional dishes like espetada, and the renowned Madeira wine. With a lively mix of museums, markets, and festivals, Funchal offers a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration, making it a must-visit destination for those looking to experience both culture and nature.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The bus station, APS Caracas S (lines 01, 02, 9, 24, 43, 48, and 61), is just a 350-meter walk.

Madeira Airport is an 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
