Easy to Get To

Location is definitely a plus, room is very nice - don't know about shower as didn't use - Heat on the other hand was NOT cool (ha ha). The unit is hard to control - the room got too hot/stuffy (even tho' is was New Year's). Overall, would definitely go again if need arises & would recommend.

The Best Western in New Baltimore, NY

The hotel was clean and as expected. It's very close to Exit 21B (New Baltimore/Coxsackie) of the New York State Thruway. Good hotel to stay at if your visiting Camp Tranquillity in Earlton, NY which is 6 miles away west on Route 81. Nice indoor pool with a hot tub.

Nice Hotel - Best Western in Coxsackie, NY

This hotel is conveniently located right off the Thruway and was not far from where we had planned to spend the day. Hotel was very clean and staff pleasant. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

FAMILY WEDDING

I KNOW NO HOTEL IS PERFECT, BUT THIS ONE IS VERY CLOSE. WONDERFULL EMPLOYEES, GREAT BREAKFAST,SPOTLESS ROOM AND WONDERFULL BED. MANY GOOD LOCAL RESTRUANTS, BUT BY FAR THE QUARRY STEAK HOUSE WAS THE BEST. SLIGHT ROAD NOISE, BUT NOT A PROBLEM. HAD A BR0KEN TV REMOTE THAT WAS REPLACE PROMPLY. OVERALL A GRET DEAL. WILL RETURN.

Best Western New Baltimore - Good Location & Price

The hotel was clean, comfortable and appeared to be well-maintained. It's conveniently located between 2 exits of the of NYS Thruway (21, 21B), providing easy access to the Catskill Mtns., Rip Van Winkle Bridge, and Hudson Valley attractions. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Without realizing it, I'd been booked into an "Extended Stay" room, which included a small galley kitchen (sink, microwave, 2-burner electric stove, refrigerator). Although I didn't use the kitchen, it's good to know that it's an option for future stays. The furniture and appliances were in good condition and worked well. The free wireless also worked well throughout my visit. There are several restaurants and a medium-sized supermarket a short distance away. The only negatives would be the water and the card keys. My card key worked perfectly well in my room door, but one of the exterior doors required multiple swipes before unlocking. It should be fixed; instead, there's a note on the swipe device that reads something like "Swipe card repeatedly to open door." As for the water - there's something in it that makes it feel slippery when washing and bathing. It feels as if the soap can't be washed away. Full disclosure: it left no residue on my skin after showering, and I was able to drink it with no problem.

wroset place I have ever stayed at

Checked in at 5pm to start no towels in the room........never got any untill 11 pm that night. The sheets didn't even fir the bed ended up sleeping on a bare mattress there wasn't even a mattress pad. They said there were coffee makers in the rooms NOT! Then the pool well all I can say it it had about a foot of what looked like old used oil in it. The bathtub had a black ring around it! IT WAS JUST PLAN NASTY

nasty, dirty, smelly

Where to start? Toilet tank lid missing, no garbage cans, stained toilet bowl, rocking toilet bowl, scuzzy to non-existant pillows, air conditioner had no thermostat - we froze. no towels, or washcloths, not an experience I'd like tohave again. please don't waste your money.
