This VRBO is very misleading. The cooler in the kitchen does not work and the manager has placed nice refrigerator in the living room, but it had some old food inside. The kitchen is not stocked with anything useful (pot or pans) The bathrooms are too small and the hot/cold water in the master bathroom shower does not work properly. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. There are no dressers or hangers for your clothes. The host provided us with two towels, after I informed her that we are a party of five. The iron is useless and the ironing board was in pieces.The couch was extremely worn and unusable.The biggest disappointment was the backyard. It is completely overgrown and most of the trees are dead. You cannot sit outside and enjoy this area at all. The front courtyard area was already occupied by other people.STAY AWAY! There are other/better options in the price range. After buying everything you need for your stay, you will have lost money. You've been warned.

Very disappointing property and experience

This property was misrepresented in the listing and had serious security concerns, forcing me to cut my trip short and incur extra expenses, including a flight change fee.From the moment I arrived on March 4, I struggled with a faulty lock, spending over 10 minutes trying to enter. The same issue occurred the next morning, delaying me and resulting in an Uber late fee.On March 5, I reported the lock issues to the host. She initially said she’d call but later stated she’d stop by the next morning—by which point I had already decided to leave. That evening, I was completely locked out. When I contacted her again, she blamed the rain but eventually came over. When she arrived, she also struggled to unlock the door.Additionally, the listing failed to mention that towels were hidden inside a crib. Unable to find them, I had to buy my own—an unnecessary expense that could have been avoided with clear communication.Feeling unsafe and unable to find alternative accommodations due to a major expo, I booked an earlier flight home. Even after leaving, I continued experiencing lock issues and messaged the host, but she never responded.I’ve now had two calls with VRBO, only to learn the owner misrepresented events. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

Perfect stay!

This was an absolutely amazing stay for us. The house is perfect. Especially the backyard with the plumbed fire pit which does not run out. You can sit out there with your friends and chat for long time and enjoy. Clean, safe, great neighborhood. Love the banana trees in the backyard.

Clean, quiet, comfortable with a great host!

This was a lovely property! We had such a relaxing stay--so much better than booking a hotel! The host was immediate with communication & was extremely accommodating & pleasant. The house was impeccable, linens & towels were fresh, white & clean with plenty provided. Comfortable beds. Everything functional--nice cold air conditioning & hot showers. A large, private & beautiful patio with seating areas. Safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping & restaurants nearby. I hope to visit again!

Perfect

We are a family of 6 and drove the 15 minutes each morning to Disney. This location is amazing. Lots of shopping and food choices very close by. Including in N out and Costco. Host was wonderful! Highly recommend - very simple occomodations - nothing super fancy, just comfortable and quiet place.

Awesome thanksgiving holiday week!

Overall it was great! We got to spend a nice Thanksgiving week with our adult kids at this clean and well kept home. Everything we needed was provided. They had clean sheets, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and dishes. The best part are all the great restaurants around the area and walking distance to stores. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

False advertising

First and foremost, false advertising the house is stage for the pictures. The furniture is nothing from what you see in the pictures that goes for living, kitchen, and bedrooms. Backyard is definitely not even close to what you see on here hasn’t been taken care of in years. Trees have outgrown the backyard spiderwebs are everywhere you can not even enjoy the backyard. I have video and pictures of the dirtiness of the place. Stains on the bedsheets and pillow covers. I open a cabinet in the kitchen and found dead flys in there. I do believe we need some type of compensation for the inconvenience. The only thing I liked about it is only 13 minutes away from Disneyland that’s only good thing I have to say about this place.

Not ready to be a rental

Although the space was adequate for our family of 8, there were serious issues throughout our stay. The pictures posted on website had not been updated and did not depict the actual furnishings and yard. In addition, flies were everywhere in the house when we entered. The right hand burners on the gas stove did not work at all. The cookware was well worn and peeling, indigestible. No paper towels,paper plates,pot holders, oven mitts in sight. We had to ask for additional towels, pillows, and blankets since each sleeping space family did not have them. Mismatched plates, glassware, bowls etc were barely adequate for serving even 1 meal. The patio furniture was in disrepair and the yard was so overgrown it was nearly impossible to sit outside due to overhanging branches and bugs. The clothes dryer and freezer were plugged into extension cords and not into the standard 220 volt outlets.This appeared to be a safety hazard.No laundry soap/basic cleaning supplies were provided either.There was a broken light fixture in the main bathroom ceiling.An exterminator came to deal with the fly issue and side door to the living room was left open which brought more flies into the house. We declined to have the inside sprayed because there were small children present.On the plus side, the owner was quick to answer all questions and concerns but in fairness, I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience and problems that occurred. Pictures were taken and will be provided upon request.

Just the basics

This property worked fine for the amount of time we were at it. In town for a dance competition at Disneyland Hotel. No freezer or ice available in property only refrigerator. Very basic dishes and kitchen items. Beds were hard and linens were very basic and worn. Very flat pillows. I would pass on this property if you wanted to spend time here. Worked ok for a place to sleep that was close to Disney.

Fullerton rental

We were comfortable at this property. It is small but functional. The power went out for routine maintenance for one of the nights we were there. When we returned from Disney at about 11pm, there was no power. The property manager responded quickly concerning the power outage. However, because this was routine maintenance, we thought we should’ve been warned in advance. Then we could have been more prepared. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Fullerton House

So the pictures of the house that are online are old, somethings have changed and they have not updated the online pictures. Although the hostess did respond quickly I was not happy, I asked a specific question and the answer I got was not correct and did not discover this till our arrival. Took me a few minutes to find the towels (they were in a crib in one of the bedrooms. Freezer is outside not in the house. It was close to everything a big plus, I would not rent this property again.
