"Spotless room with beautiful en suite bathroom and shower. Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. "If you're travelling via train & you're only staying a couple of days this is absolutely perfect. Excellent location literally beside the station & a 15 min stroll down to the beach etc. There's an excellent cafe at the bottom of the street & several bars within a couple of mins. It's pretty compact though, but if you're just using it as a base for your stuff & to kip in, it'll do the job."
