This rustic style bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac know as 'Las Casitas'.
The villa has a private heated pool (heating is electric) and is situated only 150 metres from the beach; a minute or two stroll away.
The wifi is 500 megabyte fibre (exceptionally quick).
Top of the range OLED 55 inch TV with Netflix, Amazon, Sky News and more channels.
Self catering is easy with a mini-market only 2 minutes walk from the villa and a large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away.
Sample Corralejo's many & varied restaurants!! Dining out is easily done with a 10 minute stroll along the lovely Avenidas Grandes Playas to the restaurant, shop & bar area of Corralejo.
Cooking at home is easy too with a Weber charcoal barbeque.
Try Fuerteventura's fantastic 7 mile long beaches which are also very close by.
This very private villa is perfectly located for your holiday.
All amenities are within walking distance. A car is not necessary, but we do have car parking available if you hire a car.
Towels, linen, BBQ, iron, hair dryer & baby cot are all included.

Sunshine holiday

The property is very well located. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac but close to all amenities and a short walk to the beach and the centre. Private, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Great to have parking right outside the gate although you could manage very well without a car if you wished.Padraig was quick to respond to any questions we had and check-in/check-out made easy via key lock box.Corralejo has something for everyone - beautiful beaches, great restaurants and cafes, lovely walks, music, trips, shops and markets - you can be as active or as lazy as you like. We loved it!

Fantastic Villa in Perfect Location

We had an amazing time at Padraigā€™s villa. The location was amazing just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. A lovely walk around the sea front to the main town. The villa was as described and the pool was a fantastic warm temperature so our girls spent a lot of time in the water. Various nice areas to sit and relax around the villa. Padraig was a brilliant host. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely return.

Quelques remarques concernant cette location.

- Tromperie sur la photo Abritel. On a l'impression de ne voir qu'une partie de la piscine alors qu'en fait Ƨa n'est qu'un bassin (5 brasses maxi !)- Presque aucun volet ne ferme.- A part une, il est impossible d'ouvrir les moustiquaires au risque qu'elles nous restent dans les mains.- La fenĆŖtre de la chambre d'enfant est dans Ć©tat lamentable.- Nous avons dĆ» relaver toute la vaisselle et les verres tellement c'Ć©tait sale.- Impossible de fermer la fenĆŖtre de la salle de bain.- Quant Ć  la salle de douche : . le bouton de la chasse d'eau Ć  moitiĆ© mort . l'Ć©vacuation de la douche bouchĆ©e mĆŖme aprĆØs l'intervention d'une personne envoyĆ©e par le propriĆ©taire.- Impossible de se servir du barbecue tant il Ć©tait rouillĆ© y compris les ustensiles allant avec, juste bons Ć  mettre Ć  la poubelle.Dommage car cette maison a du caractĆØre, une terrasse superbe et est plutĆ“t bien situĆ©e.Nous avons l'habitude d'Abritel Ć  Corralejo et c'est la premiĆØre fois que nous avons des rĆ©clamations Ć  faire.Comment le propriĆ©taire compte-t-il dĆ©dommager tous ces dysfonctionnements. Prix, pas Ć  la hauteur de la prestation.

Thereā€™s everything you need here to enjoy a great holiday:1/ really good communication with Padraig beforehand plus he gave us the contact details of a great person for taxi transfers to /from the airport2/well maintained villa with comfy beds and any equipment you might need3/ good outside space - we particularly liked the roof terrace( didnā€™t use the pool so canā€™t comment on that) 4/ plenty of storage and good wifi( didnā€™t use the tv so canā€™t comment on thatThe only niggle we had is that we were occasionally disturbed by a rather noisy family who lived in the fairly ramshackle villa next door, although all other neighbours were great. ( where we live in the UK is very quiet so weā€™re probably more sensitive than most) Overall a great stay - thanks Padraig

Fijn huis

Wij verbleven hier nu voor de tweede keer. Wij vinden het een fijn huis met voldoende ruimte om met meerdere mensen in te verblijven. Het huis is onlangs helemaal geschilderd en dat geeft het huis een hele andere uitstraling, het ziet er precies zo uit als op de fotoā€™s. Persoonlijk vind ik dat de badkamers aan een opknapbeurt toe zijn. Het bad is vrij verouderd. Het huis staat in een fijne rustige buurt. Je bent zo op het strand en ook de supermarkt is op loopafstand. Het is ongeveer 10/15 minuten lopen naar de hoofdstraat. De communicatie met Padraig is perfect. Hij is erg behulpzaam en reageert zeer snel op je berichten.

Another great stay

This was our 2nd visit to the villa. This is a perfect little haven. Location is ideal, quiet area close to el campanario and yet within walking distance to the many shops, bars and restaurants of Corralejo main strip. Sunset bar is a stones throw away. The pool is a great relief from the hot sun. Check in again was seemless and contact with Padraig was always prompt and more than heloful. Only because we have visited Corralejo many times we will venture somewhere different next year but we will almost definitely return to Padraigs villa.

Lovely family villa with pool

We stayed at the villa for 9 nights as a family of 5 with children ranging between 12-16yrs. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was enjoyed and all the outside spaces were a great addition. We did hire a car, as we wanted to explore some areas & beaches but I think you could get away without a car. There are local places to eat, we liked to walk to El Campanario for dinner and they had a lovely market on twice a week. Communication with Padraig was brilliant & answered all our questions. We all had a lovely time here

Unglaublicher Urlaub

Wir waren 22 Tage in dem Haus! Es war alles da was man benƶtigt zum zufrieden sein! Der Strand ist zu FuƟ 5 Minuten entfernt! Direkt am Strand ist die Sunset Beach Bar! Und genau gegenĆ¼ber ist ein Supermarkt (dort kann man Brƶtchen und alles was man benƶtigt bekommen)! Der FuƟmarsch abends in die Stadt ist ca 10 min also perfekt! Es ist unbezahlbar schƶn auf der dachterasse zu chillen und das Meer zu bestaunen! Ein rundum Mega Haus!

Brilliant home in a great location

Amazing location with the beach less than 5 minutes away, shops and restaurants are also easy to get to and offer a lot of choices at reasonable prices. Plenty of space for the whole family, good sized rooms with comfy beds and lots of bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen with treats left in the fridge. Large TV with Netflix and Prime and good WiFi. The terrace upstairs offers the perfect spot to sunbathe or watch the sun go down and the loungers round the pool are great for afternoon sun. Lots of room inside and out for family time or to find a quieter space. Comes highly recommended, host is easy to reach and quick to respond. We're definitely coming back again.

A really very nice well-kept house in a top location. Lovingly furnished with everything you need.Padraig, the homeowner takes care of everything in case of problems, even the neighbor is always there if something is needed. When we arrived, there was even a starter package consisting of drinks, fruit basket, bread, sausage and cheese. Padraig, Thank you so much for a great week in your great house. Fantastic villa

Love this Villa. Felt so at home in it. Great location and situated in a lovely and quiet area. It is close to the beach, supermarket and 15 min walk into the centre of town. It has three separate terraces to enjoy the sunshine on and the pool is great to cool off in. The kitchen is stocked with every item that you would need. A generous welcome pack of food and drinks awaited us on arrival. Huge TV pre loaded with Netflix and Amazon available Padraig the owner is a lovely man who was super helpful from our first point of communication. He recommended a contact for private transfer from the airport and lots of lovely local restaurants to eat in. Canā€™t wait to return to this wonderful villa.

Weihnachten 2023

Wir waren Ć¼ber Weihnachten in der Villa, das Wetter war traumhaft. Die Lage der Villa perfekt, alles was man benƶtigt in der sehr nahen Umgebung. Die Villa hat 6 Betten, davon sind zwei Betten ein Hochbett. Diese beiden Betten sind unseres Erachtens sehr instabil und klein, selbst fĆ¼r kleine Kinder fraglich. Die Matratze sind in Ordnung. GrundsƤtzlich ist die Villa sehr in die Jahre gekommen und leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Hier mƶchte ich anmerken, dass wir keine Nƶrgler sind aber auf der BettwƤsche war noch Blut von einer MĆ¼cke, Make Up auf den Kissen und die HandtĆ¼cher teilweise richtig veranzt, Besteckschublade schmutzig und krĆ¼mmelig. Die Badewanne war bei Ankunft noch voller Sand, benutzen konnte man sie nicht, da sie arg rostig ist. GrundsƤtzlich sollte man etwas mehr Geld in die Instandsetzung und ins Inventar legen, neue Armaturen, Toilettendeckel, BettwƤsche und von den HandtĆ¼chern sollten einige ausgemistet werden. Sehr schƶn fanden wir die Dachterrasse mit den neuen Liegen, der kleine Pool war sauber und beheizt - so konnten wir auch darin baden. Bei Ankunft war bereits etwas Verpflegung fĆ¼r uns bereitgestellt, das war sehr nett. Ich habe es mir lange Ć¼berlegt ob die Bewertung so tragbar ist und mich dafĆ¼r entschieden, hƤtte ich das ein oder andere vorher gewusst, hƤtten wir uns wahrscheinlich fĆ¼r etwas anderes entschieden. Der Urlaub war schƶn und letztendlich stimmt auch das Preis-/LeistungsverhƤltnis.
