La Pared is a quiet residential area by the sea, there is a mini-market with daily fresh Italian bread, a restaurant, a café, a golf range, a small hotel and otherwise a lot of peace and relaxation with spectacular sunsets on the picturesque west coast. A number of marked hiking trails lead from La Pared into the surrounding area, while the hustle and bustle and larger hotel complexes can be found just 5 kilometres away in Costa Calma. Here you will find everything you need. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, boutiques, bicycle hire, bus connections, car hire, doctors, pharmacies, etc. Costa Calma is also the starting point of the 25 km golden sandy beach that stretches all the way to Morro Jable, where everyone will find their own little corner of paradise.
I attach great importance to environmentally friendly behaviour and have therefore converted the hot water production to solar thermal systems. Saving water is a matter of course here, water is very precious on the island. I wash my laundry in an environmentally friendly way and the sun dries the laundry here without using a tumble dryer, I no longer use fabric softener. If you smoke, please do so on the terrace. Dogs are welcome on request.
