With capacity for 5 people, it is a perfect option for families, couples or groups of friends who wish to enjoy the beach, gastronomy and all the city's services on foot.



🛏️ The property has 2 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom features a spacious 160 x 200 cm bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan, whilst the second bedroom offers two single 90 cm beds, also with air conditioning and fan. The accommodation is completed with a modern bathroom with shower.



☀️ One of its great attractions is its private 20 m² terrace, a perfect space to relax, have breakfast outdoors or enjoy the pleasant Costa del Sol climate. Additionally, you will find beach towels for greater comfort during your days by the sea.



🍴 The separate kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, multifunctional microwave with oven and Air Fryer function, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare your meals with complete comfort.



❄️ The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed WiFi up to 2.5 Gb, two Smart TVs, three fans, washing machine and heating via heat pump.
