The crowning jewel of the penthouse is the massive 180 square meter terrace, which features a barbecue area and an outdoor shower, perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Bedroom features include high quality linens and ample storage space. Bathroom amenities include fresh towels, shampoo, and hair dryers. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher for your convenience. The living room is equipped with a television and high speed wireless internet for your entertainment needs.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire penthouse apartment, which features a private terrace perfect for relaxing. In addition to your private living spaces, you have full access to the urbanization facilities, including beautifully maintained gardens, a tennis court, and two large swimming pools plus a dedicated children's pool, which are open only from early June through the end of September (closed for the rest of the year). Pool opening hours: 1 to 30 June from 11:00 to 20:00, 1 July to 31 August from 11:00 to 21:00, and 1 to 30 September from 11:00 to 20:00. For your convenience, your stay includes four dedicated garage parking spaces.



The Neighborhood:

The penthouse sits in Los Boliches, a residential area of Fuengirola about 350 m (a 5-minute walk) from Los Boliches beach and the seafront promenade, next to the fairground (Recinto Ferial). HiperCor supermarket is 450 m away and El Corte Inglés 1.3 km. Cafés and restaurants are within a 10-minute stroll, the marina is 1.2 km along the promenade and Fuengirola's centre 1.5 km. Sohail Castle, Bioparc and the Tuesday market are a 10-minute drive; Mijas Pueblo about 20 minutes, Benalmádena and Puerto Marina 15 minutes, Marbella 30 minutes.



Getting Around:

Los Boliches Cercanías train station (line C-1) is an 8-minute walk, with direct trains to Málaga Airport (about 30 minutes) and Málaga city (about 45 minutes). Local buses connect Fuengirola with Benalmádena and Mijas. By car the airport is around 25 minutes away, and your stay includes 4 garage spaces, so parking is never a worry.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 17:00, check-out by 11:00. Non-smoking indoors (smoking is allowed on the terrace) and no pets. The communal pools are open from June to September only and closed for the rest of the year (opening hours in the Access section). Please keep noise down on the terrace after 23:00 out of respect for the neighbours. Four garage spaces are included.
