This newly renovated, 63 m² two-story vacation home accommodates up to 4 people and features modern amenities, a large garden with a patio, and is located right next to several lakes. It’s ideal for families, nature lovers, and dog owners seeking peace, water, and freedom.



The Space:

The vacation home has 63 m² of living space spread over two floors and was completely renovated in the spring of 2026. It features two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a cozy living/dining room with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils, as well as a modern bathroom. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant atmosphere.



The 450 m² outdoor area is divided into a front yard and a backyard with a patio behind the house. Here you can relax while having breakfast, grill (charcoal grill provided), or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Garden furniture and grilling supplies are, of course, available.



Guest Access:

Access to the vacation home is at ground level via a private entrance, which is especially convenient for families with children or luggage. Free parking is available right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored safely in the shed or garden house on the property (however, there are no charging stations for e-bikes).



The Neighborhood:

The vacation home is located at Kiefernhain 14, Fünfseen, Lenz-Süd—a quiet, rural area that is nonetheless well-connected. The region is known for its five lakes, which are perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and water sports. Within walking distance, you’ll find restaurants and cycling trails that lead directly into the picturesque countryside.



Getting Around:

The location is rural but easily accessible. Free on-site parking makes it easy to arrive by car. A car of your own is recommended for maximum flexibility. From here, you can quickly reach numerous destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District—whether for swimming, hiking, or biking.



Other Things to Note:

For your convenience, we would like to inform you that bed linens and towels are not provided in this vacation home. You are welcome to bring your own or simply add them to your reservation through our online service up to 5 days before arrival. You can easily make this reservation before your arrival—so everything will be ready for you when you arrive.
