From the women in reception to the man cleaning the pools to the man who fixed a little problem in our room to the maids I met in the hall, everyone was welcoming and hospitable. The grounds were well taken care of and filled with things to do and the pools and hot tubs were exceptionally clean."

"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

This facility was thoughtfully and carefully renovated, furnished, and provided with amenities that went beyond what I would have expected. The communication was thoughtful and timely from start to finish. I make an annual trip to this area and I will make a reservation well in advance to insure I can stay there again."

"Perfect size place for 2-4 people for a quick getaway. The ceiling in the main area was beautiful, as visualized in the pictures. Also a very convenient location for hiking in the area and for getting into the towns of Conway / North Conway. Two small requests (that did not affect our stay) would be to include a dish drying towel and a couple of hangers for nicer clothes."

"This home was the perfect house for our North Conway getaway! Hot tub was delightful, our kids enjoyed the movie theatre, pool table and pong table! Fireplace and scenery were divine. We shopped at the outlets 10 minutes down the road, golfed and enjoyed the Saco river. It was a wonderful getaway. Would make an amazing ski vacation spot!!! Highly recommend!!"
